The placement cell of KMIPS has full-fledged and running under placement officers and experienced faculties. This cell has been involved a foremost role in placing job opportunities for Diploma in Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, and Ph.D. passing out students of our institute. The pass-out, as well as final-year students of our institute, were recruited through campus interviews. The placement activity operates around the years to provide the platform to both reputed organizations and pharmacy students across the state. Our alumnae have been placed in the different sectors of the pharma world industries.

OBJECTIVES
1. To build the platform between Pharma Industries and the academy.
2. To motivate students to develop technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of career plans and goal setting.
3. To provide career guidance by undertaking various training activities and grooming of students in terms of conducting group discussions, communicating skills, pre-placement activities as per the requirements of the Industries/organizations.
4. To upskill and place the students of different streams in reputed pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, academics, research, and developments, etc. throughout India and Abroad.
